Unit 8 My favorite exericise

Hello Everyone,

My two favorite exercises were visualization and subtle mind. The sublte mind exercise allowed me to relax and focus on the important but not only for myself but for others. The visualization exercise allowed me to put three great times where I felt happiness, love and great health and incorporate them all together. This exercise was truly my favorite because It enabled me to bring up past happy moments with and individual. The individual is no longer a part of my life but the time we had together was great. That exercise I felt peace and happiness all over and it kind of made me realize that I can create happiness and relieve stress taht I may be holding on to. Both exercises though were fun and interesting and I will continue to do them.

    Hard to believe this term is coming to an end isnt it? You sound very passionate about the visualization exercise and it seems to bring back very good memories to you. It actually made me smile to read what peace and happiness it brought to you. Thanks for sharing.

    I glad to hear you were able to chose those practices. It was a split decision for me choosing subtle mind and loving-kindness. I think that all the practices we have done are very helpful and if asked the question again my answers may be different, who knows.
