Hello Everyone,
Well if I had rate my optimal wellbeing I would say that my physical wellbeing is at a 7.5 because lately I have not been working out since I have been visiting with my twin sister. As for my spiritual wellbeing it would be at a 8 because I have a high sense of faith and I attend church and I try to spiritually stay connected in all aspects. My psychological wellbeing would be low at a 6 because I keep eveything inside of me that bothers me. I do not really release how I feel with others and I try to keep to my self because then I dont have to worry about others and what they think sometimes.
A goal that I would set for my self for each of these areas are to get back to working out on adaily basis, and to open up more to the people that care for me on a daily basis. Also by doing this I will allow myself to relieve stress and to be balanced. To reach these goals I will continue to do yoga as well as go running. Also I will speak to others more often and stop keeping my feelings in and release them positively. By doing this I will ultimately allow myself to be at peace and allow myself to create balance that will be positively beneficial for myself.
Shana,
ReplyDeleteI seems that you are on the right track physically and spiritually to integral health. Keep things inside is never a good thing, but it is just the way some of us are. This can cause a lot of unwanted stress and wear and tear on the body. I think it would be great if you opened up more to people or even used your blogging to release some of the things built up inside. It is great that you can recognize it and are setting a goal to try to achieve a better psychological well being.

I can totally relate to not feeling yourself when you're not able to exercise. Before becoming pregnant, I was working out a minimum of 2 hours a day. Now, I'm lucky if I can get some squats in before the day is over. I think it really messes with our minds because we are not releasing those endorphins.
